Pasta workshop at Bottega Caruso

Come and learn how to make fresh pasta with us at our Cantina in Margate.
We'll teach you how to make the dough itself, teach you about the different flours & types of pasta, and you'll make your own fresh egg pasta such as Tagliatelle, Pappardelle and Cavatelli. Everything you make you can take home with you and impress your friends. The lesson is around 1.5 hours in length.

All tools and ingredients are provided. Please arrive 5 mins before the class time to The Cantina (next door to Bottega), no 8 Broad Street, Margate CT9 1EW. Let us know of any dietary requiremnets before booking, and please note we cannot offer gluten free classes at the moment.
Simply print out this voucher and bring it along when visiting us, presenting it at reception when you arrive. If booking in advance please quote your voucher number at the time of booking so we can store it against your reservation. This voucher is valid for 12 months. Any additional expenditure on your bill above the amount stated on this voucher must be paid in full at the end of your meal. Only one voucher maybe used per visit.
